The hotel was ideally located just down the street from the Ponte Vecchio, making it central to all major sights. The rooms were relatively basic but clean and a reasonable size for Florence. The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, although the dining options were a bit limited. The views from the terrace room were amazing, and the service was a standout feature of this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The perfect location made it very quiet, and I would definitely stay again. The rooms were great, especially with a balcony, although having the shower in the room with the bed was a bit unconventional. The location right next to Ponte Vecchio was excellent, and I enjoyed the dining experience with lovely staff on hand in the rooftop restaurant overlooking the Duomo.
